Let’s just say I’m not impressed. What an embarrassment I have joy been screened yet, and am currently awaiting to still be seen. The staff walks around aimlessly and has no sense of urgency.

Love the experience with staff only wish I could come back i had fun making money and saving lives but now I have to take a test and send to the lab that's bums that's going to take a long time but other than that it's a nice time

My overall experience at this plasma center has been very good.However when I donated on July 5th I had a problem getting paid I was told by a very rude Staff member in a nonchalant way that there was a problem with the system and that she didn't know when I would be paid It wasn't what she said that bothered me it was the way she said it as if it didn't matter. She went on to say that I signed a document giving them 24 hours to pay . I told her I signed no such document and if so I'd like to see it. She was unable to produce it. I completed my donation at about 5 :15pm and I got paid about 8:30

All of the male staff members were horrible people and were unprofessional and swearing loudly to each other. They treatment I saw the staff get was unbearable to watch. This place actively new about a COVID 19 outbreak and did not inform any of the donors or staff. Im very sad for the staff who has to work under that management. Please do not go here if you are looking for good service and a clean environment.
