This is a fantastic dental office. Our entire family has been going here for two+ years and we never have to wait for our scheduled appointments. When you leave a voice mail in the evenings expect a call back as soon as they open the next morning - they also use text messages to communicate which I prefer. They are all so friendly and my kids feel totally comfortable going off with the dental hygienists without me in the room. When we have an urgent situation they care and always have managed to squeeze us in and fix the problem. Very glad we found these guys!

On the afternoon of Tuesday, April 9th, I had a consultation with Dr. Leahy about the extent of work that needs to be done about my teeth. Upon scheduling a follow-up appointment with the receptionist, I was told that they were all booked up until November. I mentioned that being that I am 76 years old, that I never schedule appointments during the winter months. I told her that my preferred times of day for appointments is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The receptionist then scheduled me for a teeth cleaning appointment on 6/14/2004 at 7:00 AM, and a subsequent appointment on 6/25/24 at 10:00 AM for a root canal procedure. Unfortunately my interaction with the receptionist was rather unpleasant as she came across as surly and indifferent to my needs. Her attitude was of the nature that she did not want to invest the extra 5 minutes or so to make the effort to review the bookings to schedule me within an earlier time frame.
