        I called in the afternoon they got my truck in the shop within a few minutes, gave me a quote and within 45 minutes had the repair work done. It was a new oxygen sensor. The total for the job was $98. Other big shops in the area wouldve charged me at least $35 for the computer diagnosis for which they didnt charge me.

        Terrible service... The woman behind the counter has no idea about what she is talking about..The head guy goes and uses the bathroom for 45 min and leaving the custome standing...Will never go back! It is no wonder that parking lot is always empty...

      Hello Mark, first of all the “woman behind the counter” is telling you exactly what the manager said. EXACTLY. We apologize you feel this way but the manager is master certified and doesn’t feel comfortable with your request. He didn’t use the bathroom for 45 mins we have customer witnesses. You’re exaggerating the situation and asked us to pull the vehicle out in the middle of the conversation. You didn’t care what we had to say on why deleting flex pipes weren’t a good thing for your vehicle. Actually we are a busy shop you just got us on a slow day. 🙂 Have the day you deserve and a Merry Christmas.
