The married officer came out after I called, flirting with the the blonde roommate who was doing nothing but screaming and making threats. As he approached me his tone changed treating me like a criminal. I have a spotless record and I am decorated American! His abuse of power trying to intimidate by yelling at me while the whole time I never raised me voice, and was not disrespectful at all. The whole time she was screaming making comments in the background, that the officer allowed to continue with no regard to her actions. She openly admitted to having my S.S. card and she's going to ruin me. The cos response was "i did not hear that don't tell me that" as well as told her legal advice of "once he walks out the door lock it don't let him in and his stuff is now a civil issue." Yet I was moving out had til the first, and was paying all of rent. So by law he was offering not only wrong but illegal advice to the female he was flirting with.
