Big Day Bartenders

Thank you to the Big Day Bartenders. They just bartended our daughters wedding. They were able to set up in a outside venue even in the rain. During a very stressful time of moving everything inside the tent they continued to set up. Though out the whole night they were great. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would recommend Big Day Bartenders. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

I would highly recommend "Big Day Bartenders". This company provided bartending services for us for a wedding of 150 guests at Art 634 in Jackson MI. The art center space for events is the main floor of an old carriage factory that does not have running water or refrigeration. As result, all of the drink items and ice had to be brought in. We opted for both options offered: services and rentals (including the bartender, sodas, juices, napkins, straws garnishments, ice and cups) and the alcohol. We also added bottled water and coffee to the first option. Big Day Bartenders has straight forward per guest pricing for the first option and only charges for alcohol at their cost (no up-charge). We were only charged for open bottles and partials were returned to us. Bridget Sullivan, the main contact, was great to deal with and was very supportive. The bartender was excellent. I received many positive comments about Big Day Bartenders from our guests as well as the bride and groom.. I could not find another organization that offered the complete package that we got from Big Day Bartenders. I am so happy that I went this company.

I highly recommend Big Day Bartenders. Bridget was organized and very responsive during the planning process. You also can't beat their cost if you're looking for an all inclusive bar option. Barb was our bartender the day of our event and she handled everything. She showed up right on time and did an excellent job. She was so easy going, but also efficient and polite all evening. We got quite the storm during our tent party and she just smiled through the whole thing! I would book with them again in a second.

Chrissy and Bridget at BigDayBartenders are absolutely amazing!! We booked Big Day for our wedding on May 29, 2021 and they did an amazing job. All of our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about Chrissy as our bartender and their service was top notch professional. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will book them for any other event I have that requires a bartender.

Big Day Bartenders recently bartended my wedding and they were amazing. Bridget is very organized and stays in communication with you during the planning process of the event. Something that put me at ease is that they can supply everything you need for the bar. My venue had power, but it did not come with a bar area for them to work with and it was no problem for Big Day Bartenders. They set up with ample time that did not interrupt the ceremony. Our bartenders were so sweet! As as the bride I personally didnt get a chance to go over to the bar, but my bridesmaids would pick me up a drink here and there. The bartenders would remember what I was enjoying and help the bridesmaids out throughout the night even when I wasnt personally there. Its the small details like such as those that go a long way with customer service. Our guests were served well and kept happy the entire night. Finally, I found their pricing to be very reasonable and straightforward. I would highly recommend using them for your next event. You wont be disappointed.
