I love this place SO much, I get it probably far too often!! I had a so/so experience today when I ordered my nachos Togo around 4. I wanted everything separate as I wasn't going to be eating until about 9 and didn't want everything soggy. I look in there and see how they packaged everything and the queso was probably enough for like 4 chips like I said, every other time was fantastic, but I was so looking forward to eating these tonight and was a little disappointed. Still 10/10 recommend their food - the barbacoa beef is to die for!!

Been here before and it was good. Today was the worst service I've ever had! Might I say I've worked in the restaurant world for over half my life... We ordered on doordash, that way we could edit and what not that way and not on the phone. Picked a time, and got pushed back ten minutes. Fine, it's Cinco De Mayo, I get it. Waiting and waiting there, never got told the order was ready. People everywhere are upset waiting even over an hour inside the small hole in the wall. I kept waiting and checking doordash, it just kept pushing it back a minute. Got there at 635 and waited till 720 when I finally got it. The kicker...I waited the whole time, looking at the orders ready. They are behind the counter, so you cannot check yourself. My order had been there since 635 sitting there waiting for me! The person at the counter was just taking orders...They had people waiting for pick ups in another line. Never could get her attention, I was going to ask if they were even working on my order yet. Nope, finally I was able to ask and her eyes lit up...She gave me the order, didn't say sorry or anything. Then 736 doordash sent a text saying it is ready for pick up once I was home. This is nothing to do with doordash, and everything to do with them and their service. All the food I was soggy and unable to eat...The torta was soggy on the bottom, bread ripped from the bottom of the weight of the sandwich. Seven tacos thrown in a box too small for them, all the corn shells soggy and were not holding together. The tortillas were overly greasy even, and no salt. Also was supposed to get the chips free if I spent over 20 and I did, but I did not get them for free. Last part, Esquites smelled and tasted like the cheese had gone bad. Thus I did not try to eat after my first small taste of it. Last time we ordered, it was sloppy as well and took longer for the order. No, it wasn't busy either.
