Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I took my son here for a kid's haircut. I wish I could write a review about how kind and patient the stylist was with my 4 year old but unfortunately it was the opposite. My son did pretty well. He had to be reminded to sit still, but he overall he was very calm, just a little nervous with a stranger touching him. This wasn't his first haircut so he knows what to expect and was very excited to get his haircut. At one point the stylist was so aggravated about having to remind him to sit still & look forward that she sais she was going to take a break & walk away and hastily said "when I get back maybe he will sit still". I understand it's important for him to stay still but she made it very unenjoyable, like a chore she hated to do. She did not acknowledge a thing he said and ignored him. I almost left halfway through because I did not like the way she was treating him. A little positive encouragement goes a long way. I have had other stylists elsewhere be more light hearted and show patience and kindness. Not kid friendly by any means She did well at his haircut though

I was searching for a new hair stylist and decided to try fantastic Sams in Hartland....I made an appointment with Karen. She was amazing!!! Not only did she give me a great haircut, but she spent the time with me to show me how to style it myself. I will definitely be going back!! Thank you Karen!!

Went for a wash and blow out. My stylist was friendly and quick. Perfect!
