Really bad agents. Showing houses without pre-approvals, little to no communication. I was selling a property, owner occupied, they scheduled a showing. So I took time off of work, cleaned the whole house, made arrangements to be out of the home. Rockgate cancels less than an hour before the showing. They blame the buyers, but the agents have to push the clients to see houses, especially for owner occupied properties, they don't care about the effort those people have to go through to show their homes. AVOID this agency, I know I will NEVER recommend or do business with again.

When we put our house up for sale last April, I didn't know any realtors so I googled and found Jackie. So very glad I did. We had several issues with the sale of our house. She was always available, very informative, stuck with us through the entire process and got our house sold. Just an overall good person. Hands down the best realtor in the area. I highly recommend Jackie Bissonette!! process.

When my wife and I purchased our first home, 5 years ago, our lending agent asked us if we knew any realtors in the area to work with. Being our first time we didnt know anyone to work with. He gave us Jackies number and we are ecstatic that he did. Our first experience went flawlessly. Thats why when we decided to sell our home and purchase a new one picking Jackie Bisonette was a no brainer. Her knowledge of the industry and easy going mentality helped guide us to what I believe was the best offer for our home. Even when my wife was texting her late into the night she handled it with grace and patience. I hope to never have to go through the home buying/selling process again in my lifetime, but if I do. Jackie Bisonette and Rockgate Real Estate will be my First and only choice. Thank you again for another amazing experience! Good people are hard to come by, good help double so. Youll find both here.
