This is the most terrible company! They charged me for 5 hours worth of cleaning and never step foot in my home. They are unresponsive when trying to get my money back and actually wanted to charge me for cancelling a contract because they are the most shady company!! Beware of companies that want a contract... it's because they want the money without doing any work!!

Spent five hours at my house and itâ s dirtier than when he started. Only managed to attempt to clean three rooms for a scheduled whole house deep clean. Not a single room was actually clean - I had to spend 45 minutes just cleaning up the mess he made in my shower. The company refuses to refund the cost of this lack of service despite multiple attempts to contact them. Even tried to blame me for not calling them while he was here, despite me calling immediately after he left. This company should be ashamed to call themselves a cleaning service. Use anyone else.

Zero stars. I hired this company for a deep cleaning. Specified what I wanted done, and signed a contract that was countersigned by the company. The cleaner they sent was late, had no idea what the job was, did not complete the work, and didn't attempt to do most of it. The work she did was of extremely poor quality. The company solicited feedback, which I provided. They offered one free hour of cleaning, which would not at all cover everything that would need to be redone, or done for the first time. I communicated this with them. I said that I wanted a refund, and was told that "upper management" would reach out to me the following day. They did not, unsurprisingly, so I followed up, and was told that I would not be refunded in spite of the breach of contract. I then informed them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB (which was done), and would be leaving them online reviews. This company is dishonest, and does not honor their word or contract.
