A guy from this company showed up at our house to provide a quote for replacing a water heater. He spent about 10 minutes assessing the situation, did a quotation, and charged us $150 for the 10 minutes. This definitely feels like a business that is trying to rip us off. We didn't use this company to replace the water heater. Stay far away from this company if you do not want to be ripped off.

Out thermostat had gone out and was out of town came back to frozen pipes frozen everything. This was the ONLY company to answer to an emergency call William came out on a Saturday and got most repaired so we at least had some water use.Thank goodness for William and for a company that actually has someone on call for emergency situations!! Way to go Patricks Plumbing!

Dont work with Patricks. Honestly, the service guy is nice; but the company is pretty horrendous. Brought them in for a quote a long time ago and they never got back to me, finally telling me they werent interested in the job months later. Had to work with them again recently on a water heater issue due to them being working with my insurance. They tried to repair my 30 year old unit instead of replacing it, which made no sense. Then made it worse because It fully failed 2 weeks later and the guy said it could be because the part they installed is universal and may have not been shutting it off when it got hot.. They then wanted $2500 to install a water heater. I got it done by Byrons for $1725 and they came and did it right away. No hassles, no up charges, no hidden fees. The owner of Patricks is non responsive and genuinely doesnt care about customer concerns. Just see how he addressed my issues in the photo, blew me off and blocked me. Take your business elsewhere youll thank me later that you did. Byrons is who I would recommend he is awesome and super easy to deal with. Our water was scalding hot out of nowhere and Patrick's came over on a Saturday morning to help us out. The price was very fair and the service was incredible. Easily a 5 star from me!

I had my furnace cleaned from this company. They were good at letting you know when they will show up. When they came out to clean the furnace the guy adjusted the pilot light and then it kept going out but they came back the next day and fixed it for free. I would highly recommend this company.
