Tried getting service done to get my pipes unfrozen, I had two no shows on back to back days, plus get informed that they came to my place when they never did, not a very professional manner when it comes to that

This has been some of the best service I've had since moving to the area. I had a great first experience with them replacing a vent pipe and immediately called for the next plumbing issue. Extremely responsive and professional. I don't have much experience to know if the value is good, but the service and reliability makes the price worth it for me. Update: Was a 5 star, but have had multiple bad experiences lately. They installed a new heat pump which required drilling a hole through the foundation. After they left I went to the basement and was able to see daylight through the hole because it was not fully sealed. Additionally, the heat pump didn't work because it wasn't properly installed which required multiple trips to resolve. Additionally, when we first moved to the area, they installed a vent pipe through the roof. Quick service and seemed quality. The pvc sheared due to the fact that they angled the pvc into the connector through the roof instead of creating a secure connection straight in. They only guarantee their work for 1 year, so I guess this is on us to fix their poor workmanship. So, seemed like good work a couple years ago, but have had a lot of questions and dissatisfaction the past year. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Repair HVAC

Very disappointed with service!! Pressure relief valve went out and needed replacing. Tech showed up (a hour later than expected) replaced valve ($30) but didnt diagnose why it failed. Was told my furnace needed to be replaced due to the burners not burning efficiently and they were too rusty for him to get out. Under an hour of work performed by tech and was charged $300. Was told someone would contact me to provide an estimate for a new furnace. 10 days have passed without any contact and no heat! I was able to remove, clean and reinstall the burners in under 45 minutes. In the meantime another furnace company came out and informed me the furnace was fine and would last a few more years but I needed a new pressure tank because it was over pressurizing the system which is what caused the valve to blow. $60 tank and half hr of work $100 charged. I will NEVER use this company again. Heating system maintenance Update to a prior post!!! I contacted a supervisor by phone and explained the situation and concerns. After a long conversation and the supervisor agreeing that things were not handled correctly or professionally, we came to a compromise that all parties could live with. Making a call is not always the easiest but it is the best way to address issues. This gives me confidence that Moore Mechanical is committed to customer service. Service: Heating system repair
