Called them after a tree fell on my electrical service at my cottage. They came the next day and repaired everything quickly and professionally! I called two other contractors before Glen Lake that gave me the runaround and one never called me back! Glen Lake will now be the first Electrician I call when I need help! You should too! Called to schedule several outlets to be installed and generator transfer switch. Called back with 12 hour notice for appt we couldn’t make do to being a clinic manage I would have to move pt schedules around. I Called back to reschedule and was given a month out date which was great. Called to confirm had to leave message no call back and no showing. Called to find out if they were still coming was transferred to Dave who said he never got the schedule message. Nikki never told him your a 1/2 day job find someone else! Wow little did he know we were remodeling a basement and adding on a garage and four seasons room that they just lost a weeks worth of work! Word of mouth is the best advertising you will not get a good word from me! Terrible service and rude employees especially Dave!
