They installed a tankless Navien water heater for me. Ron did the estimate and was straight to the point about it. I wasn't there for the install so I don't know who did it, but it is a very clean install. We've had it going for a few months now and it's great. We have had a handful of contractors out for other things (older house, new for us) and literally every single contractor complemented the install job. I did call a few times before the install and Robin was always helpful and fine to talk to, and responsive when I needed anything.

1st thing. Im not here to bash anyone, Im just here to tell my truth. Although my heat is working, there were multiple issues that I have had with this company. Lets start. 1. This is for the secretary who works at ABLE. Hello Robyn. I think you are Rons wife. Why is it that every time I call and other customers contact Able, you are always so angry? Robyn literally hates her job so much and you can tell she arrives to work every day angry. My experience would have been a lot better if this woman would have had a better attitude. Its really sad because Im assuming this is an older lady and shes extremely bitter. Peace to you Robyn. 2. This company is such a price gouger. While Robyn let me know that the price is $120 for the day, Ron answered a phone call while he was fixing my heat and let a consumer know that the rate was $140. I get it, you guys make your money during after hours, but in my opinion it looks to me that you guys are taking advantage of a lot of people. But Im not going to get too much into that. 3. For all of the consumers working with ABLE, please make sure you pay close attention to your materials used and what they replace. They will tell you there is an issue with a part, but then wont give you the option to keep your own materials that you paid for! The 1st technician was nice enough to leave all of my old materials, but by the time Ron and another tech came, my camera shows that certain parts were taken without my knowledge. I experienced all of this during coldest time of the year. It was -30 degrees and we were left without heat for almost 48 hours. I will be checking this review every so ofter to make sure it will not be getting deleted as I will assure that other consumers are aware of this companys shenanigans All in all, I WILL NEVER WORK WITH ABLE EVER AGAIN! THEY SENT THE BILL FASTER THAN I COULD RECEIVE PROMINENT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. THE CONDESCENDING JOKES FROM THE OWNER IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME NOT EVER WANT TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGIAN! THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY GREEDY FOR PEOPLES MONEY! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions' (Luke 12:15)

Whoever is answering the phone there is a total narcissist. She doesn't like anyone who calls there, and she's happy to let you know it. It's sad, because the techs I did meet seemed like regular people, but you have to go through the jerk who answers the phones to get to the techs. When the owner called me to schedule an appt, I told him what had happened, and explained I didn't want anyone from his company to EVER step on my property after the way I was spoken to. I'm sure the angry woman at the front desk loses this company a LOT of business. AVOID them! Lots of other companies that actually want your business.
