        We recently had an appraisal done by John and I had to leave a review once I saw some of the previous comments. John was very knowledgeable and helpful during the appraisal process. He was able to work around our availability (even with a busy schedule himself), which we appreciated. He runs this business entirely on his own so it may take some time to get the appraisal scheduled, but we were willing to wait for a trustworthy, professional opinion. His assessment was honest and fair, and we would certainly recommend him after this experience.

        The appraiser took a long time to schedule the appraisal and once he was at my home literally spent 5 minutes. He did not even measure the square footage sharing he would just use the county info. He used comps from homes in old neighborhoods that were neither closely located or similar to mine. I agree with the other comments, he was a waste of money and my time. Dont hire him. Btw... this is the first time I have wrote a negative review in my life!
