Michael did an outstanding job in my crawl space. Replaced beams, replaced all the support and added extra where needed. Installed a sub pump with French drains then encapsulated.

Mike and crew worked on our crawl space in 2020. Three and half years later, we are just as happy as day one. Mike brought ideas outside of the norm to improve access, circulate air, and remove water. No longer is there a foul smell coming from the crawl space. We have no issue recommending DOC Crawlspace

Michael and his team just finished the encapsulation of my crawlspace the first week of January 2024. I couldn't be happier with the result. They did an amazing job. As a first time homeowner that bought during covid, I knew my house(crawlspace) needed some work but after a few years of trying to DIY the job proved to be too big for me and some family help. I originally received some quotes from the BIG foundation companies and was pretty disappointed with both the prices and the interaction. Doc Crawlspace was a completely different story. Honest, respectful, knowledgeable. He pointed out some additional points of concern that the previous companies missed and told me I would receive a quote in a few days. At first I didn't know what to expect, but to my surprise the quote came in at about half the cost as the previous quotes, and he was doing double the work. I would definitely recommend Doc Crawlspace. Even if you already received a few quotes for your project, Michael is worth the phone call.

Mike did a fantastic job at my father's home! He was fast, efficient, friendly and showed up when he said he would. The price was great as well! I would recommend him without hesitation.
