The lady in drive throu was very rude opend the windows and tossed our food too us and didn't say anything the slammed the window shut I will never ever go there again that was very bad service and Iv never had that kind of service before anywhere never again

Wow all I can say the lady there is always rude hands food so fast slams the window and she doesn't even give u chance ask for napkin .this place has went down hill .

Was blown away by how good the burger was, was legit much better than Micky D. I live in Byron so I don't get out here often but when I do, DQ is gonna be my stop of choice. Wayyyyy better than the other fast food places in Holly

Id like to meet the friendly staff that people are claiming works at this location because I havent met them. Every time I have gone through the drive through the staff are incredibly rude. Its became a point of emphasis between my wife and I to try and get the staff to smile or be friendly, and every time it seems like the rudeness gets worse. The ice cream is fine, I dont have a complaint about it. Unfortunately there arent many quick service places to cure a sweet tooth in Holly, otherwise I wouldnt go here at all. Ive now dealt with the owners, and most of the staff and the common theme is disrespect and rudeness. Me giving one star is generous.

My husband and I live in Holly so we have been to this Dairy Queen location a good amount of times. We are never blown away by the customer service (it just seems like we are an inconvenience to them every time we go there) however tonights visit was by far our worst experience. The boy taking our order was very unwelcoming to say the least but he was better than the young gal taking our money at the window. She didnt even look our way, say thanks, or have a night nice. This type of behavior is not something I usually tolerate, especially since we are the ones giving them business. However, I dont feel right picking fights with young kids. All this to say, we WONT be back.
