We have been buying cleaning supplies from Checkers for the past year. They offer good service and have a decent selection of products to choose from. The team is friendly and helpful and quick to respond when I need something.

It's been over a month since I placed my order which yes, is understandable given the circumstances. But it became a waste of money at that point so I called to cancel my order and was told there is a 25% cancellation fee. Someone else is bound to buy the product (considering there's a back order I'm it) so there should be no excuse for this fee. At the very least it should not be a quarter of the value of the original purchase. Families are struggling to find an income so I feel like they are just milking the situation... I sent them money only to get less back. Very disappointed...

I have been dealing with Checkers Cleaning Supplies for many years and have always found their staff to be courteous and helpful. Everyone from the owner to reception to delivery staff are very friendly and helpful. Their deliveries times are very prompt and shipments are accurate. Any back orders are filled in a very timely manner. My sales representative, Tim Hewines, is very professional and understanding of our business needs. Big time kudos to Ken Hewitt and his management team for running a top class organization.

Fantastic service, clearly act like they want your business. Very refreshing and surprisingly hard to find in conventional retail these days, especially in Canada. Friendly lady at the front office assisted me. Best prices, no minimum orders, and they carry more than just janitorial supplies. If this company was publically traded I would buy till I could buy no more!
