I have recently received care at Holland Nrain and Spine. I have been impressed by the caring, professional and highly knowledgeable care I received. I first saw Scott, PA . He recognized that my neck injury was unusual. After my appointment, he collaborated with Dr. Lowery. Scott wisely handed off my care to Dr Lowery. I am so impressed with both if them. The goal was to avoid surgery if possible. The goal was met. By following the plan from Dr. Lowery the goal was met. . I can highly recommend the Holland Brain and Spine team.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Sheri in office is impossible to deal with. Absolutely no compassion or empathy for others. Very rude dismissive. I would not go here ever again because of her. The doctors in this office are fantastic Ive had surgery from Dr. Kremer in the past. Due to SHERRI I will seek a new doctor. Worst office help they could possibly have. Keep looking if you have a medical emergency ! You will NOT GET help here.

Very pleased with Dr Kremer and his staff. The spine issues were compounded by Parkinsons and we were unable to effectively address Parkinsons without first addressing spine/back issues. We were referred to Dr Kremer because of his skills and knowledge of both issues. Problems are identified, procedures determined and surgery completed in a very capable and highly skilled manner. If you need the surgery, we highly recommend this team for MI-TLIF. And Holland Hospital is an excellent facility for back surgery. We recommend a day or two of hospital stay following surgery for recovery care and monitoring of meds. The healing continues and we know it will be a lengthy process, however, we look forward to success and freedom.from pain.

Dr. Kremer is fantastic, in my 74 years I have seen people who did not have good luck with back surgery but Dr. Kremer does a less invasive procedure and my success is great. Follow what he says, he does the surgery and if you are a compliment patient, you will have a great result.
