I do not know the name of who helped me, but whoever they are was EXCEPTIONALY unhelpful. They would not answer my questions with an answer deeper than "yes" or "no." I asked to modify my rental and they said it had to be done through the app and they could not do anything to help me. This lady did not look like she enjoyed her job or wanted to help us. When we hooked up our trailer, the store manager helped us and she was very helpful and gave good advice. I liked her! The trailer we ended up renting broke a spring 100 miles into our journey. It was a very old trailer. Not sure what maintenance U-Haul does, but I feel this should have been caught before we rented. I will however give kudos to U-Haul roadside assistance, as they dispatched someone to come to help us very quickly. We ended up not needing them, as we were able to limp the trailer to the nearest U-Haul store. Would I rent again from U-Haul of Holland, yes. I would however try to get the store manager to help us and not get an old trailer.
