Lakeshore Scale has always done an incredible job. If a scale is not functioning as it should they arrive very quickly and will not leave until the problem is resolved. They work very hard and very efficiently. Lakeshore scale technicians are extremely knowledgeable. There was one occasion when the computer that our scale was connected to (for the part database) died. Tech support replaced the computer, but the scale would not connect. We called Lakeshore scale and they arrived within an hour (their facility is 45 minutes away from ours). They solved the problem and got us up and running again as quickly as possible. Nicholas D. Zeeland Farm Services has been using Lakeshore scale for over 20 years and have always provided great service. We have purchased over 8 trucks scales from them and they do a great job on installation. They are always upfront and easy to talk with and always answers my questions.
