Not only did they fire me for having medical issues they are trying to not pay me for hours worked! Don't work here unless you like working for free.

I loved this place. Despite their clear disorganization, their violations of safety every day, their expectation to run product even when it looks horrible, and their incompetent bosses, the people I worked with, operators, assistants, and maintenance, were amazing. However, I feel like I was lied to straight off the bat just so the company could get me in the door. At the end of my first day, my hours were changed from the original 8 my temp agency told me was I was gonna work, to 10. And eventually 12s and Saturdays were added as well. The people here on my level are overworked and not trained properly at all. They throw people around to different jobs and machines they werent trained for and tell them, "roll with the punches". I am fighting to go back, but only for the people I got to know and the pay. They need as much help as they can get.

Ive had it with this company Ive lost over $100000 In materials because of poor box manufacturing damaged product or missing pieces because the boxes literally fall apart when you put a lot weight on it. I highly recommend you use a different service unless you would like to experience an immense Loss Im not sure how I will recover from this Im never had a company drop the ball like this Im beyond disappointed with the professionalism they have shown while I was there making a complaint i even overheard one of the managers call an employee the n word I was mind blown (I asked one of the workers while they had a break and he said its not the first time its happened and hes sure it wont be the last)
