Wow what a great experience. My phone stopped charging so I went online and found the ICare website. Im looking at the website I expected to have a $109 charger port repair fee. Once I got to the store they offered to look at it to see if a good cleaning would fix the problem. The repair tech came out 5 minutes later and the charging port was fixed. I offered to pay and they wouldnt accept. They said just tell your friends about us. So awesome thank you so much ICare

These guys are absolutely AMAZING!! My husband accidentally put his phone in the washing machine and they were able to fix it and he didn't lose ANY information at all! Not one email or message was gone! Not only are they beyond knowledge and great at what they do, but also unbelievably nice. It is also very refreshing when IT experts don't make you feel stupid. These guys are brilliant!

We stopped in about a week ago after our phone carrier suggested we had corrosion in the charging port as the phone would not charge. We didn't want to get a new phone or deal with trying to use our warranty, so we went to iCare. Within minutes the tech at iCare determined there was actually a tiny wood chip that was obstructing the port. I definitely don't know how a wood chip got in there, but so glad we stopped in, and the phone works perfect now! As a bonus there was a sign stating this business is veteran owned!

It was a wonderful experience with Icare. I usually do not write reviews but I am now. I bought a new phone from Best Buy and Icare helped me with data transfer. The new phone had some issues, it got hot when I talked and charged it (s23 Ultra). so I exchanged the phone and got a new one again. I needed to transfer data again to the new phone. My phone data was WIPED out by a Best Buy worker saying they would transfer data to my new phone. DO NOT GO TO Best Buy. They are just a name but the worker has no experience, all they say is sorry. My phone has my baby's photos and many memories that mean a lot to me. I went in the car and cried so loud and I remembered ICare had helped me once so I called them right away. They fixed my all data, I got back everything. the word " Thank you" would not be enough that how much I was grateful for what Icare did for me. Icare is beyond knowledgeable and professional. They did not even charge me for my 2nd time data transfer. I bought a screen protector for my phone, the ICare put it on my phone without any charge. and also they put a screen protector. Trust me, The guys are way more EXCELLENT. They are life savers.
