We have been told 3 times our work has to be delayed because of other 'priority customers'. When we ask for a refund we were told our contract specifically states no refunds and that trying to rush them will only result in more delays. After telling Mitchell Designs of Holland Michigan that our company would be ceasing our business with them I and my business partner were cussed out and told to never contact them again or we would hear from their lawyers.
