This company is contracted to do the lawn care and plowing at our complex. On more than one occasion they have totally skipped plowing our drive. They plowed all other drives on our street and just skipped ours. My wife and I both called and left messages throughout the day telling them they missed us. Nothing was done. I had to clear mine and the connecting neighbors driveway myself. Poor service for the money.

Black River is committed to customer satisfaction providing quality service for routine lawn care and specialty needs (custom landscape, treatment of lawn diseases, recommendations for preventative control). Requests are dealt with promptly. Marshall is always available for communication and consultation. He holds himself and his staff to a high standard of expectations.
