State Farm dropped the ball and never sent me my safe drive causing my insurance to increase over $100 my first truck had it and when I bought my new truck I call to update my insurance and was told I would have the same savings to wait for my safe drive to arrive, Cathy hung up on me when I was asking why I had to pay when they are the ones who never did there part, I called them when I switched to a new truck and I called them a week later when I still didn't have the safe drive and I was told to wait, I wait and now I have to pay 240 when I was not expecting to owe that much there are plenty of other insurance companies around you do not keep your customers this way
