F45 Training North Holland

The staff and members are all amazing. This gym is the most I've ever felt part of a group that pushes, challenges, and encourages each other to succeed. The flexibility in class times are great and provide a range to fit any schedule.

Too expensive, and they act like teenagers especially the male trainers that were recording videos for social media on my trial day..

I was an F45 member in a very HCOL city for nearly 3 years. I was disappointed to move to Holland and learn that this location was nearly double the cost of my old location (at their current prices, not my original joining price) and offered less class time options. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone who could share the member pricing with me & overall my experience of my 1 week free trial at the studio was just okay compared to other F45 locations Ive visited across the country. I love the format of F45 classes, but class time options & coach friendliness is an important part of my gym experience & I ultimately couldnt justify doubling my cost for less return!

Very expensive, I tried it out for about 2 weeks, it was too crowded and they only had TVs telling you what to do just like on a free app that I downloaded before for free plus the trainers aren't really professional. One trainer was acting like a clown the other was rushing me to move to the next exercise sice we were following the tv's without caring for my form. The time I was there they celebrated someones 300th session and didn't look that fit.......... Reply to owner, Yes I have been there, just to proof the trainers were Erin tall and pretty , Jacob the clown and bulky, Austin the flirt, Kendal the nice lady and this other girl I forgot her name she was new I think. Also one of my workout was Hollywood, as you walk in bathrooms to the right desk and cubbies to the left and studio to the back. thank you..
