        My experience with Jim Martin of Fence Consultants of West Michigan was extraordinary! From initial meeting and design ideas. No detail missed. After installation, Jim returned to insure my satisfaction with the job and personally made a few adjustments. I highly recommended Jim and this company!

        Good, heck even basic customer service has completely dissolved at Fence Consultants of West Michigan. They no longer seem to want business, return emails, or phone calls and are unprofessional, even with existing clients. Weve given them over $23,800 in business and have had to follow up at least 4 times trying to get a proposal with no success. I can no longer recommend this company. Its a real shame because we recommended them to many neighbors but that wont happen anymore. Services: General construction, Installation, General repairs & maintenance, Vinyl fence installation, Privacy fence installation, Fence installation
