Customer service was great. Only tried the classic chocolate chip cookies. They got the texture right, crispy edges, very chewy middles! Flavor is good but I honestly feel like Ive created homemade cookies with a richer flavor. Sooo would not really recommend, MAINLY because of the price. $20 for a 6 pack of cookies not worth it to me, but had to try it. Customer service was great. Best cookie I've had! I went with the classic chocolate chip. It was fresh out of the oven soft and chewy. The store is tiny, so we were in line for a few minutes before we were allowed inside. They sell in boxes of 3, 6 and 12, or just a single cookie. They are pricey, but worth the wait and cost. Just don't expect to pay less than a few dollars per cookie. Best cookie I've had! THE COOKIES ARE SO GOOD!!!! When you enter you feel welcomed! It's very clean and overall really good customer service! If I could rate them more than 5 starts I would!
