We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of our bath remodel. New floor, New tile shower, New Quartz counter, mirrors, and sinks. Pine Creek has very skilled employees.

Honest, reliable company that does a great job in the time frame promised. Theyve re-roofed, replaced windows, and remodeled a bathroom in our mid-century home. We were very happy with all three jobs.

I recently had my old, dilapidated wooden deck, replaced with a new Trex deck. I am so impressed with the professional Service team at Pine Creek construction company. They totally listened to my needs and any concerns I had, pre-construction. The gentleman that came out to do the services were on time, kind, professional, cleaned up perfect, and did an amazing job on both my deck and replacing the weatherworn trim around my garage door in service store. I could not be happier! I highly recommend this business! I have reached out to Pine Creek construction to possibly remodel my kitchen next year 2024. Service: Tile work replacement

They built a home for me. I paid over 300k when finished. It is probably worth 150k at best. 1000 sq feet finished, 2 bed 1 tiny, tiny bathroom. I did the flooring, the painting, caulking, and half the trim myself. I've had to have them back many times for repairs. Their carpenter is very incompetent. I constantly redid most of his work. Blueprints weren't followed. Deck is now falling apart. Windows are coming apart and are letting bugs in, and I've only lived here 2 months so far. I've had to build a wall to use my laundry room they had the utilities just hanging on the outer wall, with no support. I had to frame the back wall to attach the ductwork and the plumbing for the washer and dryer. They said it was not included in an unfinished basement. I have formica countertops, who uses formica laminate anymore? I can go on and on about the issues, but the gist of this review is to try and warn people that if they want a quality home, do not use Pine Creek. If you want to pay double the value of your home and get a 3rd rate build that is subpar to homes in Haiti, then be my guest and use them. That said, it has gone down the toilet in the last year. When they started my build, they had Doug Gritter, and all was going great. He retired a few months in and it went down the toilet fast after that. So, yeah they probably were good quality, but now they are by far the worst builder you would want to use. Look at the time-line of reviews going downhill from then to now, you'll see. Services: Deck construction, Project management, Predesigned floor plans for homes, Home building, Drywall installation, Roof installation, Concrete pouring

Had them install my roof. Took almost a week to complete. They installed the underlayment wrong leaving hips exposed. I called mgt to have them inspect and correct but they were unresponsive so I personnaly made the subcontractor fix it before they shingled it.. I had to babysit them thru the process or they took every shortcut possible. The mgt was only on site 1 time or 2 mins during the process and that was to drop off donuts for their subcontractors. After the process I was finally able to met with ownership on site. They came out and I expressed my concerns to them and asked them to look things over. I even pointed out issues where the roof meets up with wall but there wernt kickoffs there.... It's code but since laketown doesn't inspect they apparently don't care.... I tried to give them an opportunity to fix their mistakes and make things right but they either don't care or don't know. Regardless I would not use them again.... I wish I would've done more research and asked around before hiring them... Service: Roof installation
