Schippers installed a steam shower for us in 2023. Jason did a great job from beginning to end confirming design features, scheduling demo/rough-in/tiling/finishing with no idle periods and making sure the job met our expectations. The post-clean-up was immaculate. We are located over 30 miles from their office, but the distance did not affect the timing or excellence of service. We love our steam shower.

Contacted Schippers about a small garage siding renovation several weeks ago. Kent Lee came out, said he would order a 4X8 sample of siding and follow-up with me. When I didn't hear back after two weeks I left a phone message and then sent several text messages to him for an update, and all were ignored. I would avoid this vendor.

I recently worked with Schippers, a custom home builder, and I can confidently say that they exceeded all of my expectations. From the start, their team was incredibly easy to work with and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Their attention to detail, especially when it came to plumbing and HVAC, was impressive and helped ensure that everything was done correctly. During the bidding process, Schippers raised some relevant issues that I hadn't considered before, and they even provided a few revisions that I wouldn't have caught myself. This attention to detail made me feel confident that they were invested in making sure the project was done right. The showroom they have available is a fantastic resource for homeowners, providing an opportunity to see and touch various samples and choices that can become overwhelming during the selection process. It was helpful to be able to physically see options and make decisions based on that experience. The leadership team at Schippers exudes integrity, and I felt good about putting my trust in their hands. They do an excellent job, and I had an overall excellent experience working with them. I highly recommend Schippers for anyone looking for a custom home builder. They truly deserve five stars.
