        My wife and I worked with Adam at ABC/Hawthorne and he was amazing! We bought our stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher & a new king bed! Adam really worked with us on pricing and was very quick to answer! Thanks again Adam!

        I bought a new Whirlpool wash machine in June, 2023. From the day it was delivered it never worked right! I had the repairman out 2 times to look it. He never did anything to it, and it continued to NOT spin without the drum hitting the front of the machine, no matter what I put in it!! It was so frustrating! So I called Ryan , who sold me the machine, and he said we will swap it out for another one!! He was fantastic!!! So helpful! Very thankful for the customer service I recieved from him and Sarah at the ABC Warehouse in Holland, MI!! I will continue to get my future appliance needs from that store!! It is hard to find customer service like Ryan and Sarah showed me!! Value those two employees because they went above and beyond for me!!! I recieved my new machine today, and it works GREAT!! Thank you Ryan and Sarah!!!
