Appears to be an inconsistency of how good the service is at Watkins Oil as evidenced by the posts on this site. Personal experience...most stores are a product of the manager's professionalism and leadership...I have been in at least 6 Watkins Oil Stores...one is absolutely a loser as the manager creates a very hostile environment for both customers and employees simultaneously....Watkins probably is already aware but if they would like specifics...let me know via this website and I will contact them personally.

I have to use Watkins for 3 different places I work. Their pumps or computers go down frequently. Their receipt printer never works. Their towel dispensers are often empty and just now I was there in the middle of the afternoon and all their pumps were shut down while they painted.
