What a absolute dump extremely unsafe place to bring a child .Needs to be inspected by the fire Marshall. Open holes on the side of the electric panel that's at eye level for a child place is filthy

I had to unload the wash machine's 4 times because they either didn't work or the door wouldn't shut. Lost about $2..00 in quarters. I'll travel the extra 10 miles and go to Alpena. TERRIBLE

We were camping in the area and needed to do a little laundry. However, none of the change machines worked. I had enough change to do one load and planned on just hanging them to dry but when I went to purchase the laundry soap that didnt work either. Then to top it all off there wasnt any one there to get help from. This was a Thursday at noon so I assumed someone would be there to help. I ended up driving 30 minutes away to Alpena and had great success with Downtown Laundry.

Machines are clean and nicely priced. Open 24/7. However the carpet and chairs need desperately to be cleaned.

I used this laundry about 10 years ago and it was great. Unfortunately it has declined since then. I went to wash clothes today. Many machines were obviously not functioning, others it was not so obvious, those would take my quarters but not enough quarters to start the wash. Then would not return the quarters it took. Several machines smelled like mildew and some had visible mildew on the washer door seals. I found a couple washers that appeared functional and cleaned them with Lysol wipes before using them to wash my clothes because the doors and seals were visibly filthy. Many of the washers that appeared functional had water in the area you would put detergent/bleach/fabric softener so they are not working properly. It appears as though it has been many moons since they have been cleaned properly. The chairs and carpet are disgustingly filthy as well. YUCK. Very GROSS experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
