Chance at the Highland store is amazing. I changed phones and he helped me multiple times. He was always very helpful and polite.

I went in the store to change phone carriers and get their home internet services. Chase assisted me with everything taking almost 2 hours of his time to get me squared away while still assisting other customers at the same time. This is the only metro location I have used or will ever use. If you want a true customer service experience go see Chase and crew. Thank you again Chase for the great service and experience.

I was told to get a home Internet modem from them by T-Mobile on the phone and he told me NOT TO LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE, just come in the store. I wasn't supposed to have to pay for the equipment and he said it was $50.00 cash! I think he was going to pocket the cash! UPDATE: I received a call from the owner regarding my experience and we had a great talk. He explained to me about the T-Mobile Internet and the Metro Internet and how different they are! And he assured me that NOBODY was going to "pocket any cash" and how EVERY ITEM gets counted on camera! NO THEFT IN THAT STORE I'M VERY Pleased with the fact that the owner of the store took time to reach out to me! I'm happy and I'll be shopping at this store permanently! Thanks again Chase
