This building has alot of mice.the people constantly let off fire alarms.the mail is late.the apartments are ugly. Strangers from other companies just walk into apartments without knocking. The water is in and out. This building provides residents with a set of problems everyday.the residents are whack.i will not recommend bella vista glen as a place to stay.its best to not move in this low class place.

These are some of the worst Crack infested, nasty, unprofessional unpleasant type of dwelling Ive visited. Have a family member here and the apartment is nasty, raggedy, the carpet is Filthy, the stove is broken the elevator works when it wants the door does not lock at all. What is the purpose of the key fobs. I wish someone would send the state in here or the housing commission because this place is beyond unsafe.The window on the third floor is broken theres holes punched in the walls and if this is a senior apartment theres MANY young people, Stealing peoples clothes out of the laundry and the hallways smells of Marijuana. The walls are nasty the elevators are filthy the floors are filthy the way the outside looks is a complete disturbed lie on the way the inside looks.
