Aside from our house, college tuition and cars, this was the largest purchase weve ever made. Im happy it was with Grow Garden and highly recommend their service. Manu, the owner, is a man of honor and integrity, and skilled at his craft. I have two little kids and felt very comfortable with his crew being around them. The only conflict we experienced was a tree that was planted died, however Manu reconciled it by replacing the tree at no additional cost. He could have easily dismissed the situation, however he honored his word which says all there is to know about his character.

**Edit: I spoke with the owner, and he is committed to making things right. Talking with him, I truly believe that he is going to follow through on his word, and the experience before is not a true representation of who he is as a business man or a person. I feel confident that I'll be able to make another edit to this review to 5 stars once the job is complete. I originally contacted Grow Earth in March of last year about sod installation, I bought a new construction house that did not have any grass. I received a few quotes from companies in the area, and Grow Earths was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the competition, so I decided to go with them. After many back and forths, I was finally able to schedule the installation with them for early June. About 2 weeks before the scheduled installation, the owner contacted me and told me that the price would be raised by $243, which put the final price at the same point as the competitors. The night before the installation, the owner called and said that they would like to do the installation in 2 sections. This would allow the 1st section to become fully rooted before the 2nd section was installed to make watering easier. At this point, no mention of an additional cost for doing in 2 days was mentioned, and I agreed because it was implied to be easier for them. He said they would be back in a couple weeks to finish the job. After the initial installation, the owner sent me an invoice and asked me to pay. The invoice was for the entire job, even though they had only completed the first section. My parents advised me to not pay until the job was completed, but I stupidly did not listen to them, and I paid the invoice in full. A little over a month later, when the 1st section seemed heathy and rooted in, I contacted the owner about finishing the job. He said he would come by in the next week to check if the installed sod was well established. He did not come, and I did not hear from him again. I contacted him again a couple of weeks later, and he informed me that he had some personal issues he was taking care of, and he asked if we could postpone until October. Being understanding of his situation, I agreed. In early October, I contacted him again. He proceeded to send me a quote for $678 to finish the job, even though the cost to do the whole yard was already paid for. After some back and forth, he agreed to do it for the cost of the sod, $250. I was not happy, but I agreed because it had already been 7 months, and I just wanted to have it done with. I did not hear from him again for 3 more weeks, and then he said on October 24th that they would come finally finish the installation the following week. It is now more than 4 months later, and I have not heard anything since. I guess the lesson here is to not trust that people will keep their word, and dont pay until they have finished the job. In the end I just want them to finish what they started.

Grow Garden and Landscaping Design did an amazing job to revamp my outdoor space, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Firstly, Manu's expertise, attention to detail and support is exceptional. Provided estimates in detail, helped us to choose the right brick for patio and plants/trees for the landscape. Provided all the services at a reasonable cost - preparation of ground, sodding + topsoil, landscape with installation of small rocks, plants and trees, sprinkler installtion, patio construction, driveway extension and installation of downspout for gutters to keep the rain water away from home. Overall, Manu from Grow Garden and Landscaping Design exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space.
