they respond quickly to emails and call you when they are on the way.. I thought the price for the job was very fair.. They did an excellent job on our carpet and even left shoe covers for us to walk around while it dried.. We couldn't be happier with their service.. Thank you!!

Thank you so much the company and the team who came over. I am very satisfied with the results with this companys work. My carpets are very clean, soft and they even smell nicely after having them clean them for me. It is such a relief.

I have just had my thoroughly stained and dirty room carpets and stairs cleaned by Carpets Care Y & L, they removed all the stains and made the carpets look new.. The price was great and technician was very courteous and professional.. I will use Carpets Care Y & L again to protect and clean any carpet in the house..

The operator just did our stairs and upstairs landing area. He did a great job, fast, very affordable and a very professional, motivating hard worker. I rarely give referrals but I won't hesitate on this one. If you need your carpets cleaned there is no need to hesitate. This is the one you need to call!!
