      Our artists were all busy with clients when you called the shop 6 times in a row.... On the 6th call I answered because I thought it must surely be an emergency, but you were just looking for appointments for three walk ins. I told you we did not have time today, and we were working on other clients who made appointments, that's why we didn't answer the phone the first five times you called back to back. I'm sorry we didn't have time for you today.
