Ultimately - She took part in negotiating a Court Order that was largely unenforceable with FOC. She took my money and handed the case, that I started, to my EX. I'm out money and time and my Court order is of no value , so I am at square 1 with less money and a year lost with my daughter. When I asked her about the botched Court Order she just asked for more money and takes no responsibility. How does a Lawyer make a Court Order but leaves out pick up times , making it unenforceable to FOC ?! For the record when i told her of the error she responded with the details of someone else's case, she couldn't even get THAT right , even though the court order was attached to my email.
