I paid cash for a new iPhone 14 last year from this store. I decided to switch to T-Mobile because I got tired of the rate hikes. T-Mobile could not get my phone working and they suggested going to the store I bought the phone from to see if they could unlock it. They told me they could not. I asked them to call Verizon on my behalf and they told me I would have to do it. I don't know who was more useless. The guy at this store, or Verizon support. It has been 9 days and the only solution in sight is to buy a new phone. Thanks for nothing!
