I just called to set up an appointment and I could not believe how rude the lady on the phone was. She sounded angry that she had to answer the phone, then proceeded to interrupt me after she asked what I was calling for. I dont leave reviews often, but if it was my business Id find someone else to represent my company on the phone. They lost my business. Im not sure what her problem was but wow is all I can say. I called another tax company in town and the receptionist was as friendly as can be and sounded happy to assist me.

I worked with Shelly to file my taxes this year and she was phenomenal! I was able to schedule an appointment just a few days after I called and was in and out of her office in 20 minutes. When I called to follow-up on my direct deposit, she checked online for me and called me back with an update without me even asking. I have a standing appointment now for the same time every year and have every intention of keeping it. Highly recommend working with Shelly!

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I went here for my 2023 an 2024 taxes a Tom Johnson who has been doing this for a very long time mind you. Has forgotten to submit my 2023 taxes after I came in an filed out my online tax file he forget until I called him 2 months later to ask about my taxes which I was then told Im sorry I forgot. This year Tom Not only put in INCORRECT INFORMATION that I told him plainly, clearly and politely multiple times. As I am a new home owner he did not ask me about credits that I was eligible for an I had to go back an forth with him because he said I wasnt eligible for a credit I clearly was. Im not sure if he is purposely doing this because of my color but I would never recommend anyone to go here an if you have I would have someone else look over the taxes hes done for you. The ladys that work in the front an handle the phones are phenomenal an I cant speak for the other people who do taxes their as well. Thank u
