My wife was referred here by our primary care physician and her experience was uncomfortable, at best. While she said the office staff were polite and helpful, Dr. Michael Maser made her incredibly uncomfortable. Dr. Maser made several inappropriate jokes throughout the visit, none of which were funny. When discussing my wifes occupation, Dr. Maser asked, Who did you have to sleep with to get that job? If you are seeking gynecology services that are comfortable, safe, and compassionate, we do NOT recommend Dr. Maser.

I have been a patient here for almost 10 years. We had an insurance billing issue recently that did cause significant stress as my insurance denied payment and I was served a bill for my annual exam. After a lot of back and forth with CIMA, the OBGYN was able to take accountability and fix this billing issue. Alyssa and Dina in billing helped me and I really appreciate their responsiveness and kindness with this stressful situation. I will gladly say that I will continue being a patient at this OBGYN! Thank you again ladies

I have been going to this office for years and had always seen Dr Witters. I have been very happy with her care and with the experience in general. This last experience was not quite as good. I made the appointment for 8:00 am a few weeks before and was under the impression that I would see Dr Witters as I always had. The week of my appointment, I received an email reminder for my 8:00 appointment. A day later I received an email saying that my appointment was at 7:45 am instead. Then I got a robocall 2 days before saying that it was at 7:45. Finally I called the office to ask what time my appointment was, knowing that if I showed up late they might turn me away. When I got there at 7:45 for my appointment, I asked the front desk staff person why I had gotten 2 emails with a 15 minute earlier time on the second one and she responded "it's probably because you are supposed to get an ultrasound" without knowing my medical history. I'm not pregnant! I've never been pregnant! I've never had an ultrasound. I don't have any conditions that would have required me to get an ultrasound. This was complete conjecture. I wasn't told that I wasn't seeing Dr Witters at that appointment until the medical assistant was done with me in the exam room and she asked if I had any questions for [name of a PA]. Does this office just routinely change who the provider is that the patient will see without telling them? The PA was fine - I have no complaints about her. I was just surprised that I wasn't seeing the person who I thought I was seeing. When I was checking out, I again told the same staff person that my appointment time was changed to earlier without anyone calling and asking me and I thought they should look into their scheduling system to see if there was any sort of error because I didn't want other people to be late for their appointments and potentially get turned away. She didn't know why. Since I couldn't get anywhere with the staff person about why my time and provider changed, I found the website for the practice and sent an email with my concerns. I wasn't angry with them for the changes, I just wanted to make sure there wasn't an error that was going to cause others to be late. To their credit, I did receive a voicemail from someone apologizing for the mishaps and said that it was due to a staff person's error in changing my appointment time and that person had been spoken to. Was it the same staff person I saw who changed things without communicating? I guess I won't ever know.

Coming from holt, and all the construction I arrived 7 minutes late for my appointment, tried to check in but I was asked to reschedule because doctor would not be-able to give me the attention I needed plus there would be an appointment right me. My issue is this doctor was not accommodating at all, usually theres a 10min grace period, not to mention. Also, just want to note that if I were on time for my appointment I would have to wait 10mins just for them to call my name then leave me in the room for another 10mins waiting for the Dr..a total of 20mins Like who does he think he is?? He can be late but patience cant? My money is green just like his.. And my time is valuable just like his.. Note I will have nothing to do with a physician like this. Be aware arrogance Thanks but no thanks
