I was recommended to Nate by friends who had recently purchased their home with him as their lender, and they had also had a great experience. My wife and I are first time homebuyers, and had no idea what we were doing, so really wanted someone to guide us through the process. Nate and his office were great in getting us started, and went the extra mile to get us the pre-approval letters we needed when we wanted to put an offer in on a property, even after hours and over the weekend! Nate helped me a lot by running numbers for different properties and helping me understand what the financials would look like moving forward. If I could give a first time homebuyer some advice it would be this: you dont know what you dont know, so ask a LOT of questions. Not even Nate can anticipate every eventuality, and the market went a little crazy right when we found our home. I had a few panic attacks, but once I took the time to talk to Nate and ask him all the questions I needed to ask, he was able to allay my fears and explain the way forward. Buying a home and navigating that world is confusing and scary. If you dont understand something, ask, and dont be afraid to keep asking until you are comfortable. Buying a home is a big decision, and you need to understand what youre doing. Nate and his team can help you through that process and, ultimately, into your new home!

Nate handled everything and made sure it was clear what he needed from me to make the process go as smooth as possible. I was able to submit pretty much everything online and through email so it kept me from making multiple trips to his office. Nate was great at explaining things to me when I had questions. It was my first time buying a home and everyone was really nice in his office and made me feel confident and comfortable.
