I do not even know where to begin. When I walked in to the reception hall, I started tearing up immediately because I was blown away. Dawn was able to capture my vision even when I myself didnt have a handle on it. She also answered countless questions/comments/concerns I had about things that other people may have seen as trivial, with complete respect and professionalism. She even worked with us to get specialized table numbers to add to her collection since we couldn't decide on what to do! We got countless compliments on our reception space, one member of the Country Club of Lansing even said that of all the events he has been to, he has NEVER seen the club look as good as it did that night!! As an added bonus, she also set everything up (including her cross back chairs, which were beautiful) and took everything down following our reception (after midnight!). It was wonderful to know everything was going to be taken care of and we could just relax during/after the reception without having to clean up!

From my mom, re: my wedding: I ordered the Cross-Back Chairs w/ivory pad for my daughters wedding. The chairs were beautiful and were much more comfortable than folding chairs would have been. Petal and Forrest delivered them and picked them up at exactly the time that I specified. They even sent the invoice by email and I paid with PayPal online. I didnt have to go to their store, didnt have to write a check, I didnt even have to wait for them for delivery or pick up. The whole rental process was so easy and seamless. I highly recommend them for any event needs.

Petal & Forrest did amazing things for my wedding! I loved every bouquet, centerpiece, decoration, all the details they provided and helped with turned out absolutely perfect. I will go back for any event where I'll need flowers. So glad I found Dawn at Petal & Forrest!
