        I'm grateful that Jessica, who usually answers the phone here, has an unwelcoming attitude. Because of this, I ended up saving $200 that they wanted to charge me and only spent $22 to rent a cleaning machine from Home Depot. My dinette set was covered in pizza grease, milk, cereal, and various other stains from my children. Nothing makes you do it yourself then dealing with Shi*y customer service.

        Two very nice, polite young man, did an excellent job on my carpets. Gave me a lower rate because the cleaned area was smaller than expected which was a surprise. I would definitely call McCreary's again, and I will recommend them to friends. And I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get an appointment they got me in the next day after I called.
