        Horrible service. You have to jump through hoops just to contact her. She never answers, does not return voicemails, and you have to go online to schedule a callback just to speak with her. Even when I did that, she still was not on time for the call. I ended up calling her instead. I finally spoke with her, and she asked me to email my paperwork to her, which I did that very same day. Never ever heard from her again. She knew I was on a timeline with a strict court deadline but chose to not respond. Both emails and voicemails went ignored. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

        She is the best lawyer I have ever encountered in my life. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. We were the defendants, couldn't afford to get another lawyer, she still prepared to attend our case from remote camping place. She was very thorough, prepared us really well. She understood our moral stand and supported it till end. Not to mention got a positive outcome for us in our case.

        I started out as a defendant attempting to represent myself in Circuit Court. I was being bullied and out maneuvered by the plaintiffs attorney in the months leading up to a trial. I called Kim Savage with little time to go before trial. She listened and acted - I mean she really got into action! The result was a settlement better than hoped for.
