        I want to give Paul with maintenance a shout out for being so prompt and getting all my issues taking care of so quickly. He expertly fixed things I thought might take a couple of hours in almost no time whatsoever. He was also kind enough to answer all my questions and address concerns I had. I'm grateful to have such competent and helpful staff here.

        Its been 5 months and everything about this place feels awesome. The people, Management, maintenance team and especially the property and views are just beautiful. Would definitely recommend to everyone. 5/5 Thanks to Hannah and Sam for helping us all the time no matter how many times we walk in to their office. Keep up the great work.

        We LOVE Nemoke Trails. We are going on year 4 here and love all of the things they have to offer, like the close walk to many walking trails, the heated indoor pool, and no breed restrictions on dogs! We have a pit mix and it is so hard to find anywhere that allows him but being at Nemoke allows me to have the peace of mind that he can be here. The heated pool is the most amazing thing to have while pregnant, and it is actually heated so you can use it in the cold months. I recommend Nemoke anytime someone is looking to move. The other thing we love about living here is how helpful everyone in the office has been so helpful anytime we have an issue. The assistant manager, Corrin, always has an answer to any problem I have in less than a day. She is the sweetest person and you can tell she really enjoys helping people. Whenever we have a maintenance issue it is fixed within a day or two and are VERY understanding. One thing that does make me sad though is they only offer 1 bed/1 bath or 2 bed/1 bath options. We are getting ready to welcome our 2nd kid this year so when our lease is up in 2025 we will have to move, BUT we are so glad the bedrooms are so spacious that it wont be a problem to have 2 under 2 in our 2 bedroom apartment for a bit.
