        I just switched to Excel Propane from a supplier I had since 1999. I had enough of their super high pricing and nobody in the USA to speak with, as well as very poor communication when I had a question or concern. Dan at the Hart office was great at scheduling my tank swap, explaining the program options, and was very friendly. Matt, who came to perform the tank swap was on time for the appointment (Actually a little early), explained what he would do, checked my appliances, and had everything completed in a little over an hour. He thoroughly went over everything after he was done and gave me a nice folder with all the paperwork in it. Less than 5 minutes after he left, the truck came to fill up the tank. Super impressed with Excel Propane already and I would recommend them to anyone not happy with their supplier!

Phone calls are always answered at a local office by local people that know what they are talking about. Our Hart team is so good and experienced.
