They do a great job and made my day. They're patient with us, really nice, and made our food basically by the time we were at the window. They're crazy fast. Y'all work real hard and deserve a higher wage. Thanks for the OJ y'all

Most of the time I go here, I get stale semi-warm fries, my chicken nuggets have been sitting for a while, and a lot of times the staff can be very rude. I work in retail myself and I know how frustrating it can be, but excellent customer service means that you don't put your bad day on others

best place ever dont believe the people who gave it one star (im not the manager btw) please buy as many flowers as possible we need money we are starving im going to eat my children soon i cant take it any longer

Just placed an order and something was missing from my order. When I received my food, I let the lady know what I was missing. She argued with me and said it was not on the order. I told her that I ordered a McDouble with the rest of my order. She continued to argue with me, and then told me she would have to charge for it. I said "Of course." I drove off before she returned! The lady who took my order was very kind and friendly - and maybe made an honest mistake and/or did not hear me order the McDouble. The lady at the front was rude, boorish and unkind. She is an example of what NOT to do as a front line customer service agent! Boo to you McDonalds in Harrison , Michigan. She should not be greeting customers. ..and, she looked like a manager. Boo! You could learn a thing or two from the lady taking orders.
