        I walked in this afternoon (4/2/24, 5 PM) to find out about getting phone records and two young gentleman were very knowledgable and sincere. I was only in there a few minutes but my interaction with them was pleasant, and their customer service went a long way with me. I just wanted to acknowledge them. Thank you :)
